  How do I order from Limoges Jewelry?

Ordering from Limoges Jewelry is easy!
Follow these steps:
1. Browse our selection of jewelry and when you find something you like,
click on the item.
2. You will receive a detailed description of the piece, and instructions allowing you
to personalize your selection.
3. Fill in all of the options (ring size, birthstones, personalized name, etc.) and
click "Add To Shopping Cart." For items that are not personalized,
just click "Add To Shopping Cart."
4. Your item is now saved in the Shopping Cart and you may continue to browse
and add items.
5. When you are ready to order, click the "Shopping Cart" tab at the top of
your screen.
6. You will be prompted to enter your shipping and payment information.
Fill this in and click "Checkout".
7. The Order Summary page allows you to review your order one last time
before submitting your order. If everything is as it should be, click the "Next" button      to choose your payment option.
8. Choose either "Pay by Credit/Debit Card", "Pay by Bill Me Later",
    "Pay by PayPal Payment" or "Pay by Check or Money Order".
9. Enter either your credit card or check information and click on
"Process Payment." Your payment is now complete.

  What are browser "cookies"

A cookie is a data element that our web site sends to your browser, and is stored on your computer. Cookies are used on our site to enable customers to access and store items in their Shopping Cart, and to enhance your shopping experience. If you do not have cookies enabled you will not be able to order online from Limoges Jewelry, as your Shopping Cart will not function properly.

  How do I enable my browser cookies?

Find your browser type listed below, and follow the instructions.

Internet Explorer Users IE 5.0:
On the top of your browser window, select Tools, Internet Options, then Security.
Click on the Custom Level button.
Page down to the Cookies section and select to "enable cookies stored on computer" and "enable per-session cookies."
Once you have reset your browser, please refresh the page.

IE 6.0:
On the top of your browser window, select Tools, Internet Options, then Privacy.
Click on the Privacy tab.
Click the box that says "Advanced".
Choose "Accept" for First-Party and Third-Party Cookies.
Check "Always allow session cookies".
Click OK, then click OK again.
Refresh the page.

Netscape Navigator Users:
Click on Edit.
Click on Preferences.
Click on the Advanced category.
Select the radio button "Accept All Cookies".
Click on OK. Close the browser.
Start the browser when ready.

  Can my order be gift-boxed?

We do not offer a gift-wrapping service at this time. Most Solid Gold items will arrive in a beautiful jeweler's box. Many items will be placed in a plush jeweler's pouch, though there are a few items that are not.

  How can I track my orders.

Click here to to check on the status of your order. Keep in mind that your order will not be available for review until the next business day after placing your order.

  Can I pay by check or money order?

For US orders only*, you are welcome to pay by check or money order
or cashier's check.
Follow these steps:
1. Add items to your Shopping Cart.
2. When ready to checkout, click the Pay by Check button.
3. Choose either Pay by Money Order, or type the Check Number you will
send as payment.
4. Click on the button that says "Click to Submit Your Order".
5. Your order will be placed on hold until we receive your check, money order
    or cashier's check. Production of personalized jewelry will not start until we
receive payment.
6. Enclose your payment and order form (your check amount must exactly
match your order total and the check must be imprinted with your name
   and address). Mail to:

7. We will notify you via email when we receive your payment.
8. NOTE: If we do not receive payment within 20 days, your order will
be canceled.

* We regret that we cannot accept cash, checks or money orders

You will not be charged until your order ships. You will receive a Shipment Notification Email, letting you know that your order is on its way.

  Can I use a coupon on an order already in progress?

We cannot apply a coupon code to an order you have already placed, so be sure to review your order carefully before clicking on "Process Payment"! Coupons are good for web site orders only. Coupons are not valid after their expiration date.

  I forgot to use my coupon. Can I still receive a discount?

Coupon codes must be entered at the time you place your order. So that you'll receive your shipment as quickly as possible, we begin processing your order immediately upon placement. We're unable to apply discounts after your order has been placed.
